These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ks4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing ks4d, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited. ks4d strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification.
Deposits are processed instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours (WIB business hours). Funds must originate from accounts registered in your own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus offers through multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks4d holds its international gaming license. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ks4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ks4d platform at https://ks4d.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To create an Account and use the ks4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Indonesia Market Notice: ks4d serves Indonesian players on an international basis. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act 1867 predates online betting and contains legal ambiguities regarding offshore platforms. Users in Indonesia are responsible for assessing their own legal compliance. ks4d does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in any particular Indonesian province or district.
ks4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the ks4d Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ks4d will permanently close all duplicate accounts and may void any balances, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with them.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current at all times. You must promptly notify ks4d of any changes to your personal details by contacting customer support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ks4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ks4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
ks4d operates account balances in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) for players in the Indonesia market. Currency conversion fees may apply where a payment method settles in a different currency. The applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction.
ks4d is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents must be submitted via the secure document upload portal within your Account dashboard or by emailing them directly to the verification team at the contact address provided in Clause 16. All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. ks4d reserves the right to reject blurred, cropped, or edited documents and request fresh submissions.
ks4d will review submitted KYC documents within 24–48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, WIB). During peak periods or public holidays, this timeframe may extend to 72 hours. You will receive email notification once your Account has been verified or if additional documentation is required.
If you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, ks4d reserves the right to suspend your Account, freeze your balance, and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Prolonged non-compliance may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
ks4d supports deposits via Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed instantly unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
All deposits must originate from a financial account or payment instrument registered in your own legal name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts, business accounts, or anonymous payment methods may be rejected. ks4d reserves the right to return deposits made from non-matching accounts and deduct any associated processing fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless ks4d approves an alternative method due to technical or regulatory constraints. Standard processing time for withdrawals is 1–3 hours during WIB business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by player verification level and account history. Players with fully verified accounts and established transaction history may be eligible for higher limits. Contact customer support for details regarding your specific withdrawal limits.
ks4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. Bank or e-wallet intermediary fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 before being eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. Deposits withdrawn without meeting this minimum turnover requirement may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Important: ks4d cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities. Funds associated with such accounts may be confiscated pursuant to applicable law.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") issued by ks4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time the Bonus is offered. Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet the stated criteria and are intended for recreational use only.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the Bonus amount for sportsbook bonuses and 25x (twenty-five times) the Bonus amount for casino and slot bonuses. Specific requirements for individual promotions are published in the relevant promotional terms.
Certain betting patterns and game types do not contribute toward fulfilling wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. For sportsbook bonuses, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering requirements. Low-risk betting strategies such as hedging, arbitrage, or betting on all outcomes of a single event are prohibited and will result in Bonus forfeiture.
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players, engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. ks4d reserves the right to void Bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in Bonus abuse.
Certain Bonuses may be subject to maximum win caps. Where applicable, any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from your Balance upon completion of the wagering requirement. Maximum win caps, if any, are clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
You may not withdraw funds from your Account while an active Bonus is being wagered unless you first forfeit the Bonus and any associated winnings. If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, your Bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be automatically voided.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport in question and the ks4d sportsbook betting rules, which are published on the Platform. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. ks4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has already commenced or in cases where incorrect odds were displayed due to technical error.
Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets follow industry-standard settlement rules. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are settled at 50% of the original stake. Full details are available in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time based on match events. Due to broadcast delays and network latency, there may be a brief lag between the actual event and odds updates on the Platform. ks4d reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event (such as a goal or red card) has already occurred, even if the odds had not yet been suspended on the Platform at the moment the bet was placed.
All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and table games, are provided by licensed third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers and are provably fair. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game round will continue to completion and the result will be recorded in your Account history. You may reconnect to view the outcome. In the case of a technical malfunction or RNG failure, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.
ks4d reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any event, market, or game. These limits may vary by sport, league, game type, and individual Player account. Bets placed in excess of the applicable limit may be voided or reduced to the maximum allowed stake.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks4d Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
ks4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In cases of suspected criminal activity, ks4d will report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other Intellectual Property displayed on or accessible through the ks4d Platform are the exclusive property of ks4d or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of ks4d.
The ks4d name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
ks4d is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ks4d may share your information with payment processors, game providers, regulatory authorities, and other third-party service providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address provided in Clause 16.
ks4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that for a small minority of Players, gambling can become problematic.
You may request voluntary self-exclusion from the ks4d Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or place any bets. ks4d will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts during this period.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits become effective immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
You may enable session time reminders (reality checks) that notify you of the duration of your current session at intervals you specify. These reminders are designed to help you maintain awareness of time spent gambling.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ks4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
ks4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. ks4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
In no event shall ks4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your request, ks4d will close your Account within 48 hours after ensuring all pending bets have been settled and any outstanding balances have been withdrawn or forfeited. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
ks4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
In the event of Account termination for cause, ks4d reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any Bonuses, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If ks4d determines that your Account was closed in error or without cause, any withheld balance will be returned to you.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses) shall remain in full force and effect following termination.
ks4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
For material changes affecting Player rights or obligations, ks4d will endeavor to provide advance notice via email or Platform notification, though such notice is not legally required.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks4d holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ks4d retains the right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction where you may be found.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ks4d customer support at the email address provided in Clause 16. ks4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service approved by the ks4d licensing authority. Details of approved ADR services are available upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in court or through arbitration, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ks4d.
